Studio floor space is valuable—especially when you’re working in tight quarters. The TogDrop® Metal Wall Single Backdrop System gives you a clean, easy way to hang a single backdrop directly on your metal wall—so you can ditch the floor stands and reclaim your space.

 

This setup works with our magnetic wall bases, giving you flexibility to position your backdrop exactly where you need it. Adjust the base height with the quick-release levers, secure your crossbar with the saddles and bungees, and you’re ready to shoot.

 

Whether you’re working in a home studio, a shared space, or a setup where you constantly change scenes, this system saves time and creates a cleaner shooting environment—all while giving you back precious floor space.

Single Drop Metal Wall Installation Kit Overview – Included

 

This installation kit includes the metal strips that install directly onto your wall, creating the mounting surface your TogDrop Solutions Single Drop system attaches to.

 

 

Your Single Drop Metal Wall System Install Kit includes the modified 16-gauge metal strip required for one backdrop position, plus two additional 20-gauge metal strips installed at the bottom of the wall to help pull your backdrop tight.

 

 

What’s Included

 

 

• 2 – Modified Metal Wall Strip (16-Gauge) or 2 – Sheet Metal (26-Gauge)  for one backdrop position – Depends on the Base you select.
• 2 – additional 20-gauge bottom wall strips
• Mounting hardware

How It Works

 

 

The upper modified metal strip creates the mounting surface for your Single Drop system. The two lower 20-gauge strips installs near the bottom of the wall and allow you to properly add tension to the backdrop.

 

 

This creates a secure, wall-mounted backdrop position that stays aligned and pulled tight, without stands taking up floor space.

 

 

No additional installation kits are needed unless you are adding another separate backdrop position elsewhere in your studio.
