TogDrop Solutions offers a limited warranty on its products for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.

TogDrop Solutions warrants that goods supplied pursuant to the Order shall conform to the description stated therein and shall be free from defects in material or workmanship.

 

This warranty does not cover:

 

• Normal wear and tear
• Excessive abuse or misuse
• Damage caused by neglect
• Improper installation or use outside intended applications
• Unauthorized modifications or alterations
• Products purchased secondhand or from unauthorized sellers

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos if applicable

TogDrop Solutions may require supporting documentation, including photographs or additional information regarding the issue before approving a warranty claim.

If a return is required, return instructions will be provided by TogDrop Solutions.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending products to TogDrop Solutions for warranty evaluation or service. If the warranty claim is approved, TogDrop Solutions will cover return shipping back to the customer.

Please retain your shipment tracking information for your records. TogDrop Solutions is not responsible for returns lost during transit.
